Vitamin C and Vitamin D. I was told to take zinc and magnesium as well but my pharmacy was out. I pretty much slept/rested for a week straight and took melatonin to help me sleep at night. I was the only person who had it in my household so the isolation was very stressful. I also made sure to stay hydrated.

Thank you 🙏

I’m a young guy (25) and got sick pretty bad for 3 days (comparatively I guess it’s all relative though). I laid in bed for almost 3 days straight but would try to get up and walk around a couple times a day, drank plenty of water daily, made sure to eat and took plenty of vitamins

Thank you so much!

Thank you

My four year old caught then it spread to the rest of us earlier this year prior to any vaccinations. As with any virus all you can do is ride it out. Keep hydrated and listen to your body. If you’re tired- sleep! If you’re hungry, eat something with quality nutrients.

Are you vaccinated? If so, you’ll be fine with regular care. Just be sure to quarantine!

like

I hope you recover fully and quickly, self quarantine, and get vaccinated ASAP.

Eat healthy, sleep well and take it easy for a week. If you have any severe symptoms ( difficulty breathing etc.), see your doctor. Hope u get well soon!

Thank you

Make sure you rest, stay hydrated, try to eat, take some vitamins. If you’re having symptoms, you can treat those by taking Tylenol, lozenges, etc. Rest is key. Just try to take it easy in general and make sure you quarantine for 14 days. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Unfortunately I had to work because we had walkthrough that would have been a pain to reschedule. I mostly slept in between breaks though and once the walkthroughs were done I took the next few days off.

Rest

I’m not much of a conspiracy theorist, but am I the only person who thinks the mass publication of the Omicron variant by the media was due to traditionally low viewership during the holidays? It seems like the Media wants to dictate COVID’s trajectory & demise to align with their business strategy. As overall viewership falls in a post-Trump era and waning COVID numbers, big media has to be a little nervous about audience retention.

We are a family of 4- husband, myself and 2 boys. We flew to Miami and came back. Other than being in flight and at the airport where we double masked, we were all by ourselves avoiding crowded places. Once back, my son got a cold, cough and slight fever too. We went to urgent care and they took a covid test, awaiting results. Now I’m super anxious and scared and feel stupid for exposing my kids. Anyone else in the same position ? Looking for positive vibes.

Apparently more than a few of my firm's associates moved to other states during COVID and are now quitting because we are coming back to the office. The wierd thing is that my office is quickly replacing those associates with other associates that moved here (a large secondary market) during COVID and refuse to go back to their (mostly NYC-based) firms. Is this churn happening at other firms too?

So my wife basically said she doesn’t want to have sex anymore. Don’t want to do anything about it. After couple kids, doesn’t feel it anymore. Also said it wasn’t anything I did and there’s no one else. I understand women’s body changes after child birth but can’t help thinking it’s gonna suck being in a sexless marriage. A lot of senior leaders in my team have 1 so I’m really not sure at this point. The opportunity costs are high, but I’m well aware of the long term benefits. I’ve also already taken the GMAT and gotten a 740. I’m an Asian male and find the hurdles that we go through for admissions a turn off as well.
