Don’t beat yourself up, celebrate your wins! The experience you gained the past 2 years was probably a key reason why you got the offer this time around. No point in dabbling in “what if”s :)

Completely agree with this advice! Plus you never know if your experiences in the past two years helped you land the role this time around. Don’t dwell on the past 2 years and celebrate this win!! Congratulations on your new role!!

But I don’t plan to stay in public accounting for my entire career and have heard that the year after senior promotion is a good time to make a change. I’m concerned that

I will be graduating this Fall, currently interning for TI as a Product Marketing Engineer; I will most likely accept an offer for their Technical Sales Representative 9month rotation program. The pay seems great ($113k base&bonus + 115% - 250% Payout) after finishing the rotation program. I enjoy the Sales Engineer role and think TI is a great company. Is it worth it to still apply to other companies this Fall recruiting season? (I want to be in San Francisco and possibly NYC.)
