I was forced to resign and released within 7 days after I resigned. How to justify layoff or forced resign to new employer? I am immediate joiner. Will HRs of next company raise concern as the difference in date of resignation and date of release is only 7 days? Please help

Layoff is not a weird phenomenon now. It is common and companies are doing this for cost cutting , it is not your fault.
Be honest about it. You don't have job as of now is good enough reason for organisation to negotiate on new salary.
You can simply specify your reason for layoff. It can be project was completed and there are no other things in pipeline hence organisation decided to layoff etc.
May be you can give it a try, you requested your current employer for early release because you wanted it so that you have some 'me time' and spend some time on trips for one month and then start your job search. Try this if you are ok.
If u told u got laidoff that will give bad impression...
"taking a break" without any offer is considered irresponsible. Next employer might not like it.
Don't hide anything I would say. They will consider provided you give valid justification to why it happened etc

Donot worry HR wont ask anything just tell them ur immediate joiner. I asked my manager to release early so that i can prepare for interview like that or tell u want take time for family
Just say the work culture was so toxic that your mental health was getting effected so much that you where not able to take it anymore and felt resigning and taking some day off for you mental health
Young and naive I was and said such things in an HR round.Technical and managerial rounds were cleared with flying colors but HR did not let the manager onboard me as I bitched about my employer. Like,unless one has not done any crime or violated any org policy,your arse of an ex manager can never give negative feedback about you. Do not show your dirty laundry to outsiders or think of it as vegas rule
Just say the company has no proper revenue. So asked to relieve. It won't give any impression.

Say that you got an eye surgery done (Lasik) and you requested for one month leave. They gave an early release since you are on bench.
Unit/project was downsized and I was part of such unit.Do not lie as they will figure out the reason anyway.Problem with saying took personal time off due to xyz reason makes recruiter feel that you are not serious about ur career and when things went south you quit and you can do it again,in short not a reliable guy
Layoffs are pretty common now a days and they do not always reflect performance. Mostly performance issues have a different course of action. So, telling your future employer that you are an immediate joiner should be sufficient - sometimes immediate joiners get weightage too. For gaps if asked, you can be honest about it and be neutral about previous employer.
I dont think your next company will get to know the date of resignation unless you tell them as its completely internal. You can say you had resigned a while back and are serving notice period
Keep ur mail active as proof
No one is asking your resignation date . You just need an experience letter with doj and lwd which you will submit while joining. Other than that nothing else needs to be said or answered.
Don't worry....Date of resignation no company will ask....They will just check start and end date....You can say that u were not tagged to any project and as you had some family emergency I have requested for early release and my manager agreed to it.
