I do all the above and honestly don’t feel guilty. I have changed the way I understand religion completely and maybe don’t classify anymore as a Muslim by traditional definition. I find it hard to believe that 2 adults in a consensual relationship are not allowed to do the above whereas because of context sexual engagement with slaves was “halal” at the time of revelation. In the same way, the context of our modern society is very different.

Did all of it... Been married for 7 years now. In hindsight should've held out on the sex.

Hugging (as friends, especially old friends). But in this context, none of the above. I don't agree with "the guy will use you & leave you." But I'm afraid it creates attachment.
A friend of mine was a total saint but he told me one thing led to another when his mom setup a meeting for him with her friend’s daughter. And all of the above happened one after another. The guy regrets it very much and says he repents non-stop for what he did.

Her thoughts were if you even engage in kissing, they guy will use you and leave you (won’t marry you) and I was like umm, that’s not entirely true! 🤦🏽♀️
