I was hired on to my first role as a Product Designer with my company just over a year ago. Besides one developer, I'm the entirety of the product team. My boss is suggesting that I change my title to Product Manager for growth and career reasons, stating that I've picked up the responsibilities of a PM (no one else was around to do these things) and I'm good at them. I was a stage manager for a long time so this type of management comes very naturally to me. Is it a good move to make?

Cold applied to McKinsey and have an initial interview coming up. Should I expect a normal screening discussion (discuss the role, experience, salary, etc)? Also open to any advice for an experienced hire moving through the interview process.

Is this the maximum Barclays can provide for my skillset?

How do you deal when you are at the breaking point at your job? Things have been so crazy and awful I don’t know how much longer I can take it. My anxiety peaks every day and it leaves me frozen.
