How long it generally takes?

I need to put together a sales strategy for an AE interview - any recommendations on what I can review to get more in tune with how to put this together and what considerations I need to have? I’ve never had to put one together before (tech solution).

Had an intro chat / interview with HH canceled bc of “scheduling conflict”. They said they’d reschedule asap. Haven’t heard from them for 3 days. Should I wait, follow-up or set up another call? Am I reading too much into it?

Just finished the last of FIVE video interviews for a new position and have to share a tip that helped me every step of the way: taping talking points to the wall right above my screen. I carefully considered my answers to the top ~4 questions I thought they might ask and wrote large bullet points for myself. It kept me on track, focused, and eloquent. Highly recommended for anyone else doing video interviews!

How do you keep your spirits up after multiple rejections in interviews? Over the last year I have gotten to ELEVEN final interviews with big firms but I can’t seem to close the deal! In the interview and after they ALL seem to like me but the offer never comes. My tank is running low and I no longer have any energy to apply or pursue opportunities. How do you do this? Are these Mansfield interviews only? Am discouraged....

Any advice for how to respond to the interview question that I've received a lot and not answered well IMO "this job is tough. Long hours. How do you plan on coping when times get really tough?"

HR discussion was completed and got an confirmation email that I've cleared all rounds on Jan 10th. HR was mentioning that the hiring process is on hold. It's been a month already and HR is asking to wait for 1-2 weeks everytime. Will I get offer letter?
