Congratulations ๐Ÿ‘.

You can wait but do not depend on something on which you have no control. Even do not think much of that. Lord krishna had said in Bhagwat gita. You have the right to work but never to the fruit of work.

Let me forget now โ˜บ๏ธ

When did you gave interview ? And for which position ?

Well one long subjective question was to present a test strategy based on a project situation. Some coding questions to write on a word. Technical+managerial as my profile is a lead role

8th year biglaw associate in NYC- been thinking for a while now that partnership, while likely available to me, is not what I want. Every year I look forward to oci season, and have been a very active member of my firmโ€™s hiring committee for years. I am thinking I want my next step to be a pivot into either recruiting or career development at a law school. Has anyone made this move- and how did you go about doing it? Anything you wish you knew before (besides the salary cut)?
