Hi! Trying to sell a client on casting someone with a disability (that in no way affects or changes the story) in a film. Their concern is it will 'add an unnecessary layer'. Does anyone have links to a good presentation/data set to prove the benefit of normalising the inclusion of disability? Want to convince them with data. TIA!!!

Hello! I had 4 pretty thorough interviews and then a project I thought I did really well on. My final interview was last Monday, and I followed up this Monday so exactly a week. When I followed up yesterday the recruiter said she’d check with the team and get back to me tomorrow ( which would have been today)
I haven’t heard anything else.. should I be under the impression that I didn’t get the job? I’m just trying to be realistic, and mentally prepared if that’s the case.

Im at my happiest when I have a combination of things: a big difficult briefing on a tough client (numerous rounds of creation, testing, you know the drill) combined with a fast and cool briefing with a lot of creative opportunity. (That guarantees some creative output)

The big difficult one gives me energy for the fast and cool briefing and vice versa.

My gyno found and removed some ovarian cysts last year during a routine check (I was 29 and they’re supposed to do the first check at 30) - they were non-cancerous thankfully, but it doesn’t hurt to get checked.
