I recently stepped away from my position overseeing HR operations at a midsize company (>300 staff). After numerous executive level changes and the departure of our HR VP I was promoted to a role I didn’t particularly want. After managing through it for a year and a half I decided to step down. I’m beginning to look for new opportunities and curious for any tips on getting interviews with larger size companies… Any insider insight? I’m in a nightmare case involving multiple claims of professional negligence against many people/entities. The two person firm representing the plaintiffs has filed 6 notices of unavailability and essentially refuses to allow depositions or motion practice to occur.
