I was lucky enough to be hired as Financial Analyst for FP&A with no experience and halfway through school to get my BS in Finance. Now I am about to graduate with my Bachelors in Finance, will be starting a masters in finance soon and I have 3 years experience. I have also taught myself SQL, VBA and automation. Now that I will have a degree and the experience and skills what kind of salary range can I expect or look for?

Hi all, I need some advise. I am coming up on a one year review for in a medium size company in Oregon. I work as an HR manager (department of one) but essentially am working as a director of operations taking on much more than HR related tasks. As my review is approaching, I was hoping for insight on salary and how to handle a role restructure during this meeting. Currently I am making $56k with 4 years relevant experience (but not HR). Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I am planning on asking for a raise in my base salary and I am unsure what the market price would be for my skills at a staffing agency. I am in the top producer at my company with over 50 producers. I generate an average of $120k in GM per quarter. I am approaching my first year end review and I am currently at a base salary of $70,000 and I have 3 years of prior experience in the industry. What should I be asking for in this situation?
