I was mapping to trizetto project in CTS as a QA , can anyone tell me how the project will be and is there any career growth in that ????

I know notice period at thoughtworks is 2 months .
Given there are a lot of people on the bench , is there any chance that the notice period can be reduced down ? I'm not on the bench . Recently I joined a new project .

I’m looking to transition to a new role with more responsibilities and higher pay of course. I’ve been having a lot of trouble recently, and frankly it’s made me feel very down. I haven’t been able to get past initial recruiter screenings or first round interviews. I have almost 2.5 yoe as a BA and PM as well as a mba but I just can’t get a new role. Any advise or tips would be appreciated.

I have got into a project a couple of months back yet no work has been assigned to me. I am not sure if this is normal in TCS. Kindly let me know. The project I was in before had a lot of work that was assigned to me. Now this stark difference is affecting me. Not sure when I will be working properly.

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.

But the status is "Proposed" not "Staffed"
What does that signify?

2.5 YOE, 6.2 LPA Mainframe, recently got an offer from TCS for Mainframe Developer position with 7.5Lpa. My project Director called me and willing to match the salary here in Cognizant. He said i will be eligible for yearly hike as well.

But now manager saying u can't take leaves, we don't give continuous leaves and etc. Now I can't even take my planned leaves and telling me ro work on my leaves. And i have so many EL leaves which are gng to expire by this year.

I have an offer with IBM in hand for 18lpa fixed+2.5lpa variable and I cleared all rounds with Cognizant. I had HR discussion in Cognizant and the max they can provide 23lpa including 70k as variable, but this requires approvals.
YoE: 7 years
Stack: SAP Central Finance, SLT and FICO
The problem is Cognizant is offering full length SLT role which is my secondary skill but IBM is offering me on the primary skill.
Considering huge difference in the package is it suggested to join Cognizant?
