I was offered a 1 month severance (been at the company for 9 months, 500+ people startup, 50 people laid off). Is 3 months severance a reasonable amount to negotiate for? 9 YOE and it’s always taken me 5-6 months to find a new job.

Out of courtesy I have informed BOFA that I won’t be able to join them since I got a better offer.
