ACD salaries in Seattle?
I see a LinkedIn job application for EY-Parthenon that lists Pittsburgh as one of many acceptable locations. It says "EYP Commercial Strategy" in the job title, however the logo has the literal EY logo (not EYP). Pittsburgh as a location must be a mistake right ? As far as I know, there is no EYP office here? Can someone shed light? Thank you!

Yeah 1 month is not enough. Ask for way more

You can negotiate all you want, ask for more than that. Not sure how much leverage you’ll have though.
1 month is reasonable for a startup though.
I am sorry you were laid off and hope you quickly land your next opportunity. Related to your question, to resonate what some of the other posters have replied, the standard severance package is 1-2 weeks for every one year of service. Severance is not compulsory though over time has become expected along with continuation of health benefits. Given severance (total amount) is budgeted for anyone affected in a reduction in force, a negotiation will shift the budget for all impacted.
This link might be helpful, even though it is from Virginia and includes State specific language, it shows the suggested calculation based on years of service. https://www.dhrm.virginia.gov/layoff/severance-calculator
I speak from personal experience as someone who has been laid off and one has has had to lay others off. Both positions are miserable, and I sincerely wish you well.
Isn’t it normally 1 month for every year? Sorry about your situation
Severance is 15days for each six months you have worked for, rounded up. So you get 1 month (9 months rounded up will be 2 half years, 15 for each).
I am not sure if they’d negotiate it, but all the best!

What leverage do you have to ask for more? On a softer note, I’m sorry you’ve been let go and let me know if you’d like a referral at Comcast
I’m sorry to hear about the lay off. Whenever you’re ready, Lmk if I can help with a referral at EY

I’d be surprised if you were successful at negotiating a severance package.
