I was offered a dream job at another agency but I’m on maternity with my current employer. I’ve only been on maternity for two weeks. If I resign now, will I lose the rest of my maternity? I would like to strat my new gig as soon as my maternity is over. Has anyone ever had this experience?

Anyone have tips for maintaining productivity/energy when pregnant and off of meds? Between the pregnancy fatigue and going off my medication cold turkey, I am struggling at work and find myself napping everyday.

What are your bedtime routines for having two kids? We have a really good one for our toddler, but now need to put down our baby around the same time. Are you able to have a set routine for a baby and a toddler together or separate? Or is it more of a wishlist of tasks and order depending on how the evening goes and how the toddler behaves?

I am exhausted and upset and feel alone, just want to give up everything and walk away. Struggling to emotionally connect with my 3mo old. Between a full work schedule and looking after our older child (a precocious 3yo), I feel like I have little emotional bandwidth to connect with the baby. My wife is breastfeeding and doing the bulk of the work, but when I pitch in to change a diaper or burp him (often while also on a call), it feels very transactional. Feel pretty guilty about it. Does anyone relate? Or am I an outlier?

I live in one of the most expensive cities in the US, and even with combined incomes of $600k, my SO and I can not afford (nor justify) a 3-bedroom house (median price north of $2M). I’m pregnant, scared, and afraid to tell my partner.
