I was on contract with Amazon and in the process of converting to an FTE before it got halted due to them putting a pause in hiring/converting.

I have a lot of experience in coordinating in many aspects and internal/external customer service. I need another job but don’t want to stay in the RC space but don’t want to go into customer service either (it truly makes me miserable).

Does anyone have any job title suggestions I can look into for my job search so I can pivot out of being an RC?

What are some areas where SWE intersects with things that help people, country, and the world? Now also add in making a decent living and generally competitive with other SWE “industry”.

WITCH(Wipro, Infosys,TCS...) Companies used to charge clients CAN $ 26 an hour for 8 hours 24 days a month. I convert that to rupee makes nearly 2.76 lakh per month. WITCH Company paid 24-26 thousand a month to it's employees.

A good product based company pays nearly 80-120k rupees per month which is quite less than TCS Charges the client.

My boss in the past has mentioned he would like employees to let him know. I am currently starting to look and interview. If I told him, it would be under the reason of the difference in timezone (which is partially true, most of my team is in Europe and I’m on PT). I'm interviewing with a company for a remote customer success position, and it's a 4-interview process. I have 1 final panel interview. The people I've been interviewing with have been great, and the recruiter is very positive, however it feels like things are dragging out here towards the end, and I've been following up/prompting for next steps.
