I got through all the rounds of interviews (including 2 technical panels) at CrowdStrike before being assured that I was nearing the end of the process and was expected to receive an offer soon… almost two weeks ago now? Anyone else experienced this kind of delay from CS or similarly sized organizations? Did I get ghosted? Anything more I should be doing?

You set this rate as a corp yourself. Multiply your converted previous salary to an hourly rate by 3.5. This should give you a figure to charge.
Can you please elaborate? Just for example if salary is 100k,
then hourly rate would be 100k/2080=~$50,
therefore hourly rate = 50x3.5= $175.
Did I get this right?
I guess it’s different for 1099. For w2 they tell you both rates.
175$ seems a bit in the high side unless you have very specific and in demand skills such as security or AI. I am a senior PM-Delivery lead and charge 122$ Corp to corp but have a middleman AKA recruiting agency taking around 20%. Let us know if you get 175$.
