Looking at switching to boutique consultancy. Accenture contract dictates no contact for 12 months with clients I’ve worked at or proposed at in the past 18 months. But at the same time contract also dictates that I can’t tell future employer which clients I have worked at (under IP Agreement). How do folks usually work that situation? Assume if I’m telling new employer client names to comply with the non compete that’s ok?
