I was recently offer a role in Data Engineering from Pattern Pune. There is not much information available online hence would appreciate if someone has 1st hand reviews or feedback about the company and culture.

I moved to another country for work during covid and met a wonderful guy. 1.5 yrs into the relationship I notice he is extremely close with his family. Eg calls mum/dad/sister everyday, shares every info about his day and life etc. Wouldn’t move back to my country and if I was to be with him I would need to remain in the US. Due to his culture, I won’t meet his family until we are about to be engaged and they still don’t know I exist. I haven’t seen my family for 1.5 yrs. Would you stay w/ him?

Finally broke free from an emotionally and mentally abusive relationship. We were engaged and I couldn’t be more thankful I saw the light before we were married. Looking for suggestions on where to move to next for a fresh start. Currently living in Phoenix, but will try anything/move to any new city. Hey! I’m a Corporate Banking Analyst covering primarily TMT and eventually want to make a switch to a Media / Tech company in a Strategy role (GTM, DTC, etc.). What is the impact of recession in Indian IT sector for upcoming year 2023?

I came across multiple posts in which the pay is very much less compared to the industry standard ( on seeing their YOE)

But digging a bit deeper, we could see the lack of skill sets, not up to the market trend with latest technologies. Basically not updating ourselves with new stuffs happening around.

Your YOE nowadays doesn't matter much but skills matters. Keep upgrading your skills if you want to stick to the market trends and enjoy the boom.
