I have been interviewing at Tavisca for a month long, thanks to there recruiter, already tole my expectation upfront, Now after all the tech rounds, HR round happened and told again my expectation INR X lpa Hr was like ok, will go ahead, now after someday, he says that we dont have budget and cannot go further. Then I told them I already hold an offer and will share which is INR X+ lpa
After trying for few more days finally they told that they can offer INR (X-10) lpa, Looked like a joke to me
Hi Fishes,
Can anyone tell me how many rounds of interview are there in JPMorgan Chase & Co?
I had only 1 round as of now, it was with the Process head VP along with the person I will be reporting (if got selected)
It's been almost 4 days since I had that interview; however, no feedback has been shared with me.
I can see that my profile/application is under review for basic requirements.
Should I consider my profile as reject?
Any thoughts/guidance would be highly appreciated.
Thank you
Hi Sharks,
I had first round of CITI interview this week and today I got a mail asking for documents submission. Does that mean this had only one round and I have cleared that? Generally documents are asked only when we clear all the rounds. Who has given CITI interview please let me know. Thanks..Citi
Can anyone help me on how to get interview calls from companies abroad. I would have applied to more than 1000 jobs in UK and Ireland through job boards such as LinkedIn , Irishjobs.ie and others but never received even a single interview invite . Am i doing something wrong ? 😔
Will be really obliged if someone from this group can guide me

PHR or SHRM-CP?
PHR vs SHRM vs AIRS? Which one should I pursue?
I have 6 yrs of HR exp, a PHR cert & an HRIP cert. I recently left my role as an HR Rep at a tech co b/c I was working 60+/week and the stress of the job was affecting my health. I recently received an offer at a new tech co that is $10k less than what I was previously making with comments from current EEs that this new co has a better WLB. Total comp is still a lot less than my prev company. Is less comp too much of a compromise for better WLB? What have you compromised for a better WLB?
Yeah, I probably would avoid being so blatantly honest with them, because then they'll be wondering what happened and whether or not it's worth the risk of hiring you. I wouldn't lie about it, I'd just probably say something like, "The company was restructuring and my role was no longer a fit with their goals."
That’s a better idea! Thanks 😊
Never tell a hiring manager that you were fired. No matter how you dress that up, they cannot get that out of their mind. Just say that your company went through a reorganization and your position was eliminated.
I agree with the other comments. I think it will create a negative connotation if you mention that you were fired. Even if you were actually doing great, the recruiter would still wonder whether you were fired because of your performance.
If you can afford not to be brutally honest then do so. You still have your name to protect even if you did love your experience at that company. You can still be honest but word it differently.
I was laid off and always leave it at that. I agree, never be too honest. When I am asked to elaborate (rarely ) I always respond by saying that the company was restructuring and my role was not longer a fit.
