I was wondering if there would be any courses or books I could take/read to learn more about restructuring consulting.

As a student you can join the turnaround management association for free. They have some really interesting courses.

Not much literature out there about the RX consulting side specifically. Would suggest reaching out to recent alum from your school who work in the industry (know there are a handful of guys from IU in our Chicago office). As far a general RX literature, Caesar’s Coup is a good book on the Caesar’s BK. Houlihan Lokey also has a good case study that’s free. Wall Street prep also has a RX modeling course that’s ~$200

26 yrs old, been in consulting since finishing undergrad. Worried that I haven't narrowed my focus or found a niche to be specifically great at. Every project has been completely different... And I am constantly reading books to get smart on every other topic. My guess is this is all too common in consulting. I am curious if this is feasible for a longterm career in consulting, especially if I am trying to continue climbing?

Hey all - early 30’s and feeling really lost in terms of trying to figure out what I want to do in life. I’ve been in consulting for 5 years and just hate it. I’m torn between doing something for the greater good and making good money. Is there any way to do both? Also if anyone has recs for helpful books or podcasts on figuring out life, I would appreciate any and all suggestions!
