I was wondering if there would be any courses or books I could take/read to learn more about restructuring consulting.

Spent 2 years doing digital implementation at a big 4 firm, and 2 years in strategy consulting. How would I approach breaking into PM? I have a solid foundation but need to figure out how best to grow. Any recommendations on books, certs, learning or other tips would be appreciated!!

26 yrs old, been in consulting since finishing undergrad. Worried that I haven't narrowed my focus or found a niche to be specifically great at. Every project has been completely different... And I am constantly reading books to get smart on every other topic. My guess is this is all too common in consulting. I am curious if this is feasible for a longterm career in consulting, especially if I am trying to continue climbing?

Maybe I’m terrible, but does anyone else find it distasteful how some nursing/health friends in departments largely unaffected (i.e. NICU, L&D) by COVID are bragging about being on the “frontlines”?
