I was working at a Hotel one night & I saw a man appearing on two different floors, then in the stairwell. The man was in his 70’s or 80’s. He was wearing nothing but tidy whiteys. When he got to the front desk I asked “is everything alright? Are you okay?” (Assuming he may be senile),He wasn’t senile, he went swimming & wanted to make me uncomfortable and started to flirt while in his sopping wet see through tidy whiteys- and of course I had to clean up the water he tracked through the lobby.

Let’s say you fly cross country for a court hearing… is the plane travel time billable? What’s standard practice? I was working on the case some of that time but not all that time. Two of my last three hotel stays have had incorrect charges added. I was able to get both resolved by calling and being polite but is this common or was I just unlucky?
