I went back to the office this month (3/4 days per week) and it’s been a positive experience. Plus it seems that some partners who are going in appreciated it.
But the office is a 15 min drive away for me. Some people need to commute an hour plus to be there. Will they be at a disadvantage if they actually try to take advantage of hybrid WFH in the future?

I think it depends on a lot of factors. How social the office is, your reputation prior to Covid, etc. My office isn’t social at all so I don’t really see a difference between three and five days a week, people don’t even know I’m there when I am.

The commute is the negative for me. About 1:15 so 2 and a half total is a lot of time to waste. But I have been going in more frequently and sure it is nice to see people.

Accenture India Employees - (1) How much does job location matter in getting good projects for a fresher(ASE- Lvl 12) ?

I am currently in Entry Level Pool-Bangalore and will be 'Soft Locked' to Bench in a month's time. I wish to change my job location to either Indore in MP(top priority) or to Pune(MH).

(2) Should I wait till I get a project in Bangalore and then change location only if WFH gets over (if that is possible) or change it right now ?
(3) Any idea till when WFH will last? Thanks 🙏

Hello Fishes,

What are the different management hierarchy levels in EY-GSD (Kochi) Consultancy firm? (Consultant 1, consultant 2, Assistant Manager, Manager, etc.,) (IT Audit) I was offered Senior Consultant 1 in Consulting and the rank offered was 42.
Area: IT Audit and my Year of experience is 10 years and the package offered was 19 LPA. Is it worth accepting the offer? As of WFH as was agreed, however, over a period I have to move to Kochi from Bangalore and my current CTC was 16.7 LPA.

I’m actively searching & looking for a new strategist position since my current agency is mismanaging not only myself but the relationship with the client. It’s a dumpster fire.

I’m wondering what questions I should look out for and be aware of as I find myself getting past the HR screens pretty quickly.

Also - if your agency is remote or LA based and hiring, feel free to let me know in the comments as well :)
