Water weight, salt, tired etc. give your body a week back of good habits and you’ll see it even out! This is not fat gain. Breathe, consistency is key!!!

You probably gained one or two pounds at MOST. Sometimes if I just eat something with a lot of sodium or carbs (but not much over my caloric need), I go up in weight for a couple days.

Check again after a few days.

What’s the best low calorie, high protein snack?

Background- In quarantine I’ve been intermittent fasting &calorie counting for a few months, and still working out in the mornings.
