I have patients who have tested positive for COVID RNA for the last month. Wondeirng if I'm ever going to be able to let them go back to work.

My parents have been helping out a bit with child care for the past few months during the pandemic so that my husband and I can work. I’d like to get them something as a “thank you” but am coming up short on ideas. Our first idea was a night away (pay for hotel, dinner, etc.) but they aren’t traveling due to COVID. Got covid from the UK , double vaxxed , and symptoms are wildly atrocious. Everyday I have different issues. I went from no fever to 102.4 in a couple of minutes. Blood oxygen dropped dangerously low and bounced back in a few minutes. Chills , cold sweats. My newest one is that my legs are so achey and sore it feels like they were beaten with a bat , just nonstop pain and can’t sleep. Anyone else experience these? Pretty sure I’d be hospitalized at a minimum without the vax
