3rd round interview with the managing partner of a PE firm on Friday. This is my dream job and hope all the hard work the last 7 years at the firm pays off!

Someone messaged me about the interview process for the M&A group at Deloitte and I accidentally ignored it… overall it’s your standard interview process. Few behavioral and a case. Case difficulty depends on interviewer but is usually (based o my understanding) a rather straight forward M&A case with a bit of a strategy twist.

And McKinsey and Co folks here to help prep for a case interview? Through and through tech consultant here and finding hard to get perspective. Interview is on Friday :-)

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. From that conversation, I saw instant red flags. Any thoughts?

What do you think are the the topics that should be top of mind for a head of strategy for a fund ?

What do 1 hr live case studies entail? That seems very long to just do one case study. Do those typically have lots of printed materials to analyze or intensive questions on the business?

Nagarro interview process - I cleared the online test and L1 interview was also done. Its been more than a week. I was contacted by an agency recruiter. When I asked him for the feedback he said he will check and get back as he is not in the office right now. Don't know when he will get back. The nagarro HR is not giving any reply over email.
