How do I know if I'm experiencing burnout? 😫
I made it the final round "panel" interviews with Amazon for a hardware engineering role. Anyone got any tips or experiences with Amazon interviews for a HW-oriented role?
It's 5 hours total, first two rounds are with managers. What I've done in the past is give as many examples as I could for HW solutions that I worked on highlighting the tech skills. Wondering if I can do more?

Shouldn’t HR handle this?
Yes you should send promo letters including their new title/level and new salary, with the date effective.
Do what feels best to you. You don't need promo letters if tied to annual reviews. It is good to announce it to the organization and explain what is changing, how it affects others, and why it is happening now. If you are creating a new position or off cycle it would be good to formalize the position with a promo letter and expectations of the role. You now have to baseline the expectation and they might have exceeded expectations as position a, but now at position b they have new standards to meet or maintain.
Came here to say the same, pretty sure HR is supposed to do all of this, unless it's a veeeerryyy tiny startup
