My biggest recommendation is to hit up YouTube. There are FANTASTIC channels dedicated to this topic.

You can watch mock interviews with actual Google employees and ex-recruiters, etc. There are channels dedicated to preparation, how to answer questions in the STAR format, what to expect in behavioral and situational panels, etc. Far more information than you're going to get typed by us.

Spend a dozen or so hours preparing with these videos and practicing -- make a cheat sheet of key things you'll want at the top of your tongue.

Whoa. You just changed the game for me. Thanks for sharing. And OP thanks for posting...

Definitely check out all these resources. Also prep yourself on measurable results from past things you've worked on. And you might struggle with imposter syndrome (at least I do sometimes) so getting really good at reviewing your past accomplishments and responsibilities, even just in your head, helps on the confidence level. And this is pretty legit: https://www.rocketblocks.me/blog/google-pm-interview.php

+1 to this book recommendation. Also YouTube search that same title, some great content there as well.

Sorry not to be rude - could I ask your track records/previous work exp? I come from healthcare side and have been looking to transition PM

This is a fair question. I have 14 years of experience in Product Management and last 3 years in Healthcare, building EHR solution ground up.

Maybe some perspective might be of use to me. I’m transitioning out of the service and I’ve positioned myself decently to be competitive in the market. I’ve got two offers from great companies. Biotech and Healthcare, both on the Human Capital Team as an Employee Relations Consultant. I have a graduate degree pursuing a Doctorate, LSSBB, ScrumMaster, SPHR, and PMI-ACP certified. I know this is personal and dependent, but what should I be considering as a commensurate salary?

Hey everyone what seems to be working for me to almost land jobs is opting for in person interviews when possible (helps build connection) and harder for them to easily reject you.

Also my LinkedIn profile has brought in the most interesting opportunities from recruiters (don't forget to work your profile).

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?

Hello Fishes ,

I had a final round interview scheduled ( 2 rounds cleared ) but i somehow got confused with the timings and did not join it at the designated time. Will this lead to the cancellation of my candidature and they will not pursue further or can I be given one more chance. I informed the HR and apologized and requested for help.

Will they still consider me ? I really want to join the org. Can I do something for them to consider me again

Completed all interviews well and did HR interview also with LTI Information Technology 2 weeks back.submitted docs they asked. Then nothing has happened... What is going on?

How tough is it to break into a FAANG PM role at mid-level if you have less prestigious experience?
