Biotech and Healthcare, both on the Human Capital Team as an Employee Relations Consultant. I have a graduate degree pursuing a Doctorate, LSSBB, ScrumMaster, SPHR, and PMI-ACP certified. I know this is personal and dependent, but what should I be considering as a commensurate salary?

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?

Was told the base range is 118-131k which is rather low for a VP level at JP right? This is based in NYC

I have about 15 years of experience in tech with 2 years as head of product in a startup. I'm trying to find a new leadership role which is proving to be very difficult. My applications seem to get rejected because I don't meet the "minimum X number of years in product" requirement. I feel confident about leading a product team and believe that I have a unique blend of skills which can be applied effectively to build successful products. Any suggestions on how I could land more interviews?

Which PMP course do you recommend? One of my employees wants to get a PMP certification and I’m willing to use part of our development budget to pay for it. She’s open to on-demand, DIY classes or live classes. I want to make sure the course we choose is good value. Is there a specific one you really like? I’ve done some research on my own but a lot of them seem so similar that it’s hard to choose!

How tough is it to break into a FAANG PM role at mid-level if you have less prestigious experience? I have 10+ YOE in product, but some was at a tiny meh startup that fizzled out, some was in the digital wing of a large old healthcare org, and though my current role is GPM at a “name brand” tech company, it’s on the smaller side. In a startup, I'm currently managing two different projects: 1 as a scrum master and Project Manager, other as a Product owner reporting to the CEO. I have 4 yrs exp in dev+lead and 1year as PM. I'm kinda lost on which path to pursue. scrum master or product owner? I'm looking for other opportunities elsewhere. Would be great to hear any insights from the experienced seniors!

What would be suggested for long-term growth? Doing growth-related data science at a private equity firm or a role as a monetization pm in a FANG-related company? What are possible growth areas after the job at a PE firm? I'm concerned that a career in PM would plateau.
