Im in my second year of being a Site Manager, in total control of all operations on site. Got my raise for the year, 5%. Everybody in the business got a raise of 5%, from the bottom to the top. Next review is due July 2023. Can’t help but feel my raise should have reflected me being one year more experienced. Hi UK Fish, going into a promotion (from C to SC) and raise discussion tomorrow at a boutique consulting firm. Currently at 62.5k. Bonus was up to 10% but all I got was a measly 2%, slow pipeline maybe but I wasn't told why (will raise tomorrow). A recent acquisition has resulted in losing our annual xmas week off and a learning budget of 1k. I know for a fact that last year they were looking to hire SCs at 70k. Is a base raise to 75k a fair ask?
