These babies are keeping me going thru COVID
Hi ladies!
I have my video interview with Liberty Mutual tomorrow for a licensed customer service role. Oddly, this morning I get an invitation to interview with Farmers for a claims customer service associate. I know the salary for the LM role, but not the Farmers role. Does anyone have experience with either? They are both great companies and I want to make sure I’m planting my feet with the right one. Thank you!Liberty Mutual Insurance Farmers Insurance Group

Almost 34 and I learned this 2 years ago when I started getting heavily into fitness. Sleep is when body repairs itself from all the stresses and strains of life. I fricken LOVE sleep.
Used to be able to function on like, 3-4 hours sleep and a hangover once or twice a week. Now I'm in my 30s and not only is that impossible, it's so not cute. Glad I learned my lesson young or I'd be looking like Kelly Ann Conway right about now (😱)
31 here. Learning this lesson the hard way.
As a 26 year old who averages 8 hours a night, this is nice to hear. I'm doing something good for me!
WORD!!! And blue light from evil cell phone one before bedtime!!! Stays in other room so I don't look at it the moment I open my eyes either! Alarm clock works just fine!
I need to learn from all of you.
Absolutely. I'll sleep for 5 hours, wake up fine, but when it's time for a run I just can't.
Truth. I'm on my A-game when I get a solid 7-8 hours of sleep. Fitness and adhering to a nighttime routine helps make it happen. I can definitely see and feel the difference if I try to function on 6ish or less. Plus coffee, obviously. 😴+☕️=💫
*NO blue light (ugh)
One *hour before - man, I need to go to bed ASAP!:)
I'm in my 50s, and though it was difficult when my kids were babies, apart from that I have always gotten 7 to 8 hours a night. I simply cannot function creatively without it.
OP definitely doesn't have kids
