What tech companies have good WLB at the senior management levels? WLB is great (if you’re not in S&O) at the lower levels but I see how SMs+ work (cancelling vacations, taking days off just to work, working late nights/weekends) and I’m not about that life, especially as I start thinking about starting a family soon. I cherish WLB way too much and left consulting as a way to obtain it. Plus the pay isn’t great so definitely wouldn’t want to be working that hard without the compensation.
