I wish I could just fast forward my life until I (hopefully) become an MD. Or maybe I can just become one of those ballers who become MD by the age of 30.

^ Click was my first thought. It actually had a surprisingly deep message for a Sandler film.

New one here wanting to start taking control of my finances. Cleared $100K in student loans by 28. Got a new role with annual salary of $145K now. Next year I’ll be getting married and we’ll be pulling jointly over 260K +. Restricting my Roth contribution. I currently have a 401K (48K balance) and a brokerage (26K balance). I just opened up a Roth although I think this year would be the only year I can contribute 6K into it. Where else should I spread my money long term?

Interested to hear how people learn project management. I have done PRINCE2 exam and read PMP materials, but I find these are too textbook theory based. Real life projects seem to be very different and a lot more complicated. I often do not know what needs to be done unless someone tells me. I believe you can learn these things on the job, but I am keen to expedite this with some books or courses. Are there any resources that are particularly helpful?
