You're a guy, right?
No thanks. I'll take these mildly modern times. Just gimme like the ....2012 age where vendors took us to get free shit and see free concerts.
A white guy, I'm guessing.
...said no woman ever
👆 lol I was just about to say 🤦🏻♀️
Said no minority or woman ever...
Ok grandpa
You should really look for a new job then. Digitas isn't hanging on to people that aren't thinking progressively and are stuck in the past. Have you thought about a travel agency or maybe a stock broker?
I also disagree. Fundamentals haven't changed much if you strip all the industry jargon :) my problem is the speed of digital creative cycles
Give it up, Don. I think you can retire now.
Only white people say they want to do anything in the 1960s.
Digital has ruined everything. No one gives a rat's ass about banners, landing pages or writing tweets.
I'd be totally down to go back to cigs inside, 4 martini lunches and 60s era creative.
@OP Don's black secretary lol
I'll never tell.
Haha ok point taken. Fair enough. But I just mean digital has ruined everything.
Plenty of agencies still do old school tv and print.
"Digital silliness" is less likely to be on the chopping block
Wow. This is about one thing - a focus on creative ideas first and foremost. There are many smart ad people who share that view. My post was intentionally sarcastic to make the point. You'll see the pendulum swing back to creative at some point. It always does. If you really want to think progressively, look back first and then forward. Now lay off so I can pour myself a martini.
I would have to be Dawn from Mad Men. Anybody remember who that is?
