I wish patients wouldn't treat a negative test result as a complete hall pass

Yeah if you get the test doesn't account for 1-2 days of exposure leading up to it

I agree, I find it both amusing and annoying that pts want to get test a day or 2 after exposure to someone (even indirectly). Try to educate them and use a pregnancy test analogy. Sometimes works but many times they don’t care and wind up showing up again after a negative test because now they have symptoms.

Im 35. Considering to start investing in Real Estate this year. Looking to buy 1 property to start generating cash flow, but most importantly, long term equity. No plans to sell. Condo or Single family residence. Considering booming areas like Austin, Vegas or somewhere with potential to grow. Will need local help, since I don’t live there (realtor + property manager). Already have 20% down, but considering putting less. All closing fees are also covered. Is this a good idea or should just wait?

I hope to one day take a similar approach when I have adult kids.
