I wish someone could look at my resume and tell me what kind of job suits me based on my skills. I'm stuck.

For those of you not working in public accounting, what do you do and how do you like it? What are the best and worst parts of your job?

Anyone have leads on a firm hiring fully remote, entry level corporate attorneys? I am a 4th year lit associate, but would be willing to start from the bottom to change practice areas and be remote, especially if the firm pays well.

New in healthcare - I’m an X-ray tech (NCT) and also perform phlebotomy, in clinic testing (covid, flu, mono, strep, RSV, blood glucose, h. Pylori, etc), breath alcohol testing, and drug screenings.

How much should I expect to be making with this job?

I’m also in school to get my LMRT license and plan to continue in this job. What can I expect to be making doing the same job but with LMRT license?

For the last four weeks or so of WFH I’ve been making it to my desk around 7:30/8am and working basically without a break—lunch at desk- but cannot maintain momentum past like 6:30/7:30pm. Most of the day is billable work, but I cannot bring myself to finish outstanding assignments after 8pm, but then feel so guilty when I’m not working past that time. Am I burnout or fucked up? (Also I hate this gig & am not in it for the long haul, just hate not turning things quickly)

My colleague has declared today as no work day and is now on the phone flirting with his bf 😯

I worked for 25+ years for Midtowne Spa Denver. I was the GM. The Trust who owned the building decided they wanted to sell it. Did I mention it was a Gay Men’s Spa.

I ran every facet of that job for the 25 yrs. From hiring to firing, training new staff, creating events, set pricing, purchasing all supplies. Designing areas to remodel and working with the contractors. My problem is the recruiter or HR I Interview with doesn’t seem to think it was a real job. Any feedback?
