I have offers from 2 MNCs at the moment. I have worked for both of them in the past. My husband works with one of the companies I have offers from and overall in terms of CTC and WLB, that's a better one to join. The only concern or question here is - Should I or should I not join the same company? Any thoughts?

PS: Even if I join the same company, our projects are going to be different. He is a QA and I'm a Developer.

Spent 3 years in consulting and ready to move on. Threw an app out to Georgetown and got in with pretty minimal effort. It seems like a prestigious school plus the DC network is pretty key to my interest in Public Sector work. The thing is I didn’t really put as much effort into the b school apps as I could have and reused an old GRE score from around 3 years ago rather than study and retake it. Should I maybe hold off a year and apply to a slightly higher ranking school?

Met a CIO of a VC firm for black beauty brands (like my own brand) who was interested in recruiting me as a venture associate - I would directly be working with her and a contracted finance team for due diligence comp analysis etc. after calling her she said they’d want to do a 90 day project before fully hiring me for the role. The thing is its also during the cycle of other jobs like MBB that I was also hoping to apply for. Should I take the 90 day paid project is that common practice in VC?
