I have joined Capgemini Engineering. coimbatore . I came to know that many employee was fired from job who was in probation period stating that he is non conformance for the project. First thing is in my experience I never seen a company firing an employee in just 3 months after joining stating NC. he was given a totally new project from his skill set, also he was not given a second chance to access his skills. Is this even legal for company to fire without any notice, is it safe to be here?.

Is the Wells Fargo Autograph Credit Card good?
I’m job hunting in Los Angeles, looking at a variety of titles (HRBP, Sr. HRBP, Manager, Sr. Manager, Director). I have 8 YOE and my SHRM-SCP. I reached my report limit on payscale.com, so I used a variety of other sites to price the roles (BLS, salary.com, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Robert Half). Can interns get benefits like RSUs?
Hey all! I’m an aspirating entrepreneur building a chrome budgeting extension (similar to honey, except we show you your personal finances instead of coupons, so you can make informed shopping decisions). We have a 10 minute survey testing our wireframes. I’d really appreciate if folks here could take it. We’ll pay you for taking it as well :) Please check out the survey at Okane-App.com! Thanks again
Something like renewal specialist?
I have a friend who moved from Partner Business Manager to Renewal Specialist. It’s a smaller company than where she used to work (VMware) so they didn’t really mind she had never done it. It is possible
This is 100% possible. One of the main things sales ops and enablement teams look for is sales experience. It's usually easier to transition roles in house, but not required so I'd try that avenue unless you hate your current role. Also start joining the Sales Enablement Society and Customer Success meetups, etc. Have you done any work you can point to that would be related to either area? For example training, process improvement, order management, etc.? If not, start volunteering to support those areas at work and network with the leadership.
