Generally leadership doesn’t want to share the financials part of the SOW with the entire team in any company as it is not needed in most cases. Can’t your leadership team share the SOW removing financials and any contract penalties etc? Team needs to know the scope of the work and the assumptions made

I think (fingers crossed) that I am about to get a job offer for a management role. It would be a 45 percent pay increase and I honestly might be able to negotiate it to up to 55, but I just don’t feel excited about it. It’s a smaller company then where I am now, but still a decent size and great reputation, but the team is much smaller. I really want to be more excited because I know it’s a good opportunity. Any advice?
