I work at Pwc and got married recently, am I eligible for any gift card or bonus? PwC

Hi everyone,

I have accepted an offer of 130k + 20% bonus and RSUs worth 150k.
Today, I got another offer from a startup of 160k base pay and stock options worth 440 k.

Has anyone negotiated an offer after accepting? I am supposed to join them next week.

Vesting period is 4 years with one year cliff and each quarter after a year.

Would you leave a job paying you $170k base plus $230k in earned commission for one paying 230k base plus bonus that would get you over 400k TC? Commission plans can always change so maybe worth taking the extra base? Not factoring in all the stuff associated with switching employers of course.

Here is the situation:

Review season is going on in my company and my manager is offering me salary of just below 20LPA.

Now the problem is that he is based out of US and he is dependent on data which Indian HR provides him regarding market salary info.

I had a discussion with him and convinced him to increase this if I provide the data and prove that I am being paid less.

Can someone suggest where I can find the actual data regarding avg salary info for a PM.

Everything else equal, would you take an offer that is 30k higher in comp (180k vs 150k) but will start GC in 1 year or a lower offer that starts on Day 1?

My H1B expires in Sept. 2023, and can be extended for 3 more years.

I have an offer for a PE Ops role and whilst comp is good it seems like they're hiring a pool of internal consultants to leverage for implementation projects within specific PortCos and therefore I won't be driving initiatives centrally - is this standard practice for Ops roles?
