Should I mention this as both or one of the two reasons for leaving in my interviews? Debating on leaving my current position as a Special Ed Aide. Recently just finished my bachelors of arts degree in elementary education but the district is refusing to bump my pay grade up to highly qualified. I have mentioned leaving to my supervisor but get a guilt trip every time I bring it up. Its just not practical to be educated with certs and only making $15 an hour.
