I am a Principal Solutions Architect with 13 YOE of which 5 years exp is with Biotech focusing on Public Cloud (AWS) & overall AWS exp. 9 years. I need suggestions /opinions if applying for a Senior Solutions Architect (Level6) at AWS makes sense or if I should aim for a Principal SA (level 7) role at AWS with Healthcare & Lifesciences industry experience. If it makes any difference, I worked for AWS ProServe as an external SA in the past. Any insights / feedback appreciated.

Hello Fishes,
I had given interview Mindtree and cleared both technical rounds. On Tuesday 29 March 2022, I got a call from HR for the final discussion. After that I have not received any response.
I have been calling the HR and her manager, both are not responding to mail or calls.
Is there a way to get some information if my candidature is still in progress or is this delay natural? I have another offer from another company, but am more interested in joining Mindtree.

may i ask why cna? i suspect most hospitals would want you to be already certified, so perhaps see if a smaller nursing home or red cross association is willing to train for free.

if you’re looking for entry level jobs, why not medical billing/coding so that you may have the option to work remote and garner better pay? typically it’s just a certification and no other schooling if you’re not looking to go back to school.
my advice would be go the pharmacy tech route. i’ve seen specialty pharmacy techs, infusion techs, pharmacy tech supervisors/managers make upwards of 70k-90k if you’re willing to work OT with literally just their GED (note: in HCOL areas, but i know the pay is really good if you can pickup enough med terminology to start submitting prior authorizations). i don’t know literally any CNA making that much money. if you don’t go back to school for LPN or BSN nursing you’re capped to a really shitty salary. believe in yourself to pass the exams; and you will! if you fail a couple times, who cares? most hospitals reimburse thru their tech trainee program.
