I work in a small company. My small sales team is amazing, I’m the first SDR, super happy with my managers and learning a lot.
The CEO though is always getting in the middle and micromanages me to exhaustion.

Why is he doing this? He always makes me doubt myself and I end up being super frustrated and not performing to my max.

So my company got acquired by a large corporation. Things are getting weird, and even though I have 4 years at my company this larger company doesn't seem to have much opportunity for growth until the next year minimum.
