Does the UK have a health spending account like the US, where, similar to a Roth or ISA, the money you put in this account will not be taxed so long as you spend for health reasons.
Through my company, we are using Vitality services for our healthcare and we have a Personal Health Fund, but we cannot more cash to it. And to make it more annoying, this money does not roll over to the next year.

As I getting older especially after becoming a mom, the more I sense the discrimination towards working moms in the engineer field. Had an interview last week, it went pretty well, I nailed all the technical questions, at the end, when I talked with the hiring manager about my potential interest in the role, my daughter came back from school and rush into my room and showed in my interview. I don't get the point of getting an MBA. I feel like there's nothing b-school can teach you that you can't teach yourself... and networking is feasible without the help of an overpriced university.

I can’t help but feel I’m underpaid I was an experienced hire at a boutique consulting firm with 2.5YOE in industry. I have now been working for a year at this firm and only make 75k base salary. I accepted the offer out of desperation at the time and now regret not negotiating a better deal for myself. Would love some advise on how I can get myself the salary I deserve.
