I recommend redwing work boots. They are well made , and the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. When you are on your feet all day that really makes a difference

First, always make sure you are buying a good quality brand. Second, take care of them by cleaning and waterproofing them when necessary. Third, make sure you are wearing the right size and that they are properly fitted. Finally, replace them when they start to wear out.

If you're looking for shoes that are both tough and comfortable, check out the Merrell Moab 2 Vent Shoe. These shoes are made from durable suede and mesh and provide good shock absorption and comfort.

I would suggest looking for shoes that are made from sturdy materials, such as leather or suede, and that have a good grip on the soles. You may also want to consider shoes with a water-resistant coating, as they will hold up better in wet weather.

Anyone have advice on how to get their adult rescue dog to like (or even tolerate) a carrier or doggy tote bag? He hates anything “confining” including harnesses, bandanas, blankets, and hugs. We really need him to get used to a bag for subway and car purposes but he gets stiff as a board, and bolts the second he can. We’ve tried leaving it out to get used to, treats, placing him in and giving high value toy or treats, and he still hates it.

I love my job and the people I work with, but there’s one thing that really bothers me: the lack of diversity. Sometimes when I walk into the office and see everyone else around me as the only POC, it feels kind of weird. I don’t think anyone here has ever said anything racist or sexist to me personally, but I don’t feel comfortable talking about these issues with anyone because they might take it personally and then things could get awkward between us.
