I worked at an agency where the CEO actually pushed back all small projects from the client because it was too taxing on their staff. The insane part is that most clients understand when this happens. The fear in our executives’ heads is often misplaced. If it’s done in good faith, 90% of brand directors could care less as long as the work is good. Grey is the only place I ever saw a CCO do that, and yeah it was very refreshing.

Not at Johannes Leonardo haha. That’s incredible though and I’d love to see other places step up like this.

Wow. So refreshing

Refreshing

I can’t imagine it ever happening at my agency but my god would that be so refreshing to see.

How many prenatal apts should I expect? Is PPO better for this? Anything you wish you had known about being pregnant with ACN health benefits?

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this. Does anyone who switched from consulting to product management have any recommendations of h helpful PM books, courses, or programs?
