But they will be offering me Max 14k Qatari riyal per month. So, will it worth going there if i have to manage accomodation,food and transport on my own. Coming with 8 years of international sales, account management & shopper marketing experience, I’m getting Retail Associate/Sales Associate offers by CPG companies with as low as $18/hr and $0.46 per km fuel.

While I think it’s a great opportunity to learn about the Canadian market as a new resident, it would break my bank and I would have to buy the car for this roles while living in Midtown Toronto. It doesn’t make financial sense to me.

I requested a salary adjustment based on my responsibilities as a UXR. I’ve been in the role for nearly 2y and finally heard back about my salary adjustment.

I was expecting a 24% increase as I was severely underpaid but received an 18% increase. I realize this is still a great bump and I’m grateful for it but I also want to be paid fairly.
