I worked for Goddard Allen West, while working there I face discrimination and favoritism among employees as well as inappropriate conversations about employees from management. I worked there for 9 months and was let go with no reason and had no prior write up, complaint or meeting with management over anything and was being told I would possibly be getting a raise 4 days prior. If you want a positive workplace and administration please avoid this place and look into other daycares !

The CPE courses that i pursued on june 30 got credited to next fiscal year

I raised a complaint to the us learner team and they reverted my credit points back to be compliant as of june 30th 2021

Today am shockingly getting an emAil that i am non compliant. In the system, my points have been again moved to next fiscal year

Please advice what to do. I have emailed them. But there is no phone number to seek help

Best way to deal with family members who treat you like the family therapist? Over thanksgiving my aunt disclosed some intense stuff to me and asked me for my help/opinion, and it was uncomfortable.
