I worked really hard on a stressful project with a role outside my comfort zone as an M and managed to meet timelines. I had three bad loop responses which were outright bad , im freaking out

Did you mean to say LOOP specifically? Like upward feedback? Because if that really is what you meant, it will not be part of your year end. Now if you meant snapshots that may be a different story, may be up to the storytelling capability of your counselor and how much other ammo you can give them.

I guess it’s possible your group does things differently than mine, I can’t rightly rule that out. But I can assure you that last year I also got some shitty LOOP feedback. Talked to my counselor about it and he said it wouldn’t be part of the panel’s standard packet on me unless I specifically wanted him to share it with them for some reason (which I did not). He also confirmed for me afterwards that it definitely didn’t come up. I got a high performance rating and a great raise/bonus too. So take this fwiw and good luck to you.

Did you get any context around the negative feedback? It will definitely be factored in, particularly if all of them were bad. No smoke without fire in my opinion
