Salesforce? Software engineer? There are probably a few ways you can take it.

I’m open to any route, currently working with salesforce

How many YOE? You could work your way toward being a lead, and then if you were looking to get into management you could go for your MBA to get you there

If you have the potential to get a promotion at your job, you should work towards that first. It is a great reflection for other employers to see that you were entrusted with more responsiblity.
