I would like to confirm that I’m ovulating. I experience an LH surge each month but am being told that an LH surge predicts ovulation but doesn’t confirm it. What is your favorite way to confirm ovulation with temperature? Ava? Another wearable? Just remembering to take your temp each morning?

Historically, my husband and I have filed our own taxes since they were somewhat simple (we live in TX so no state taxes). When is a rental property worth it? Wife and I bought our first house in the last year for $600k (20% down). Now we’re considering a rental property (likely $300-$400k 20% down).
But how do you know what’s worth it? I understand IRR, but most are negative first few years while still adding equity in today’s market. Have seen several properties for $400k that rent for $2500. Seems like first year mortgage plus tax, maintenance vacancy is about that amount. When is it worth it?

I think an MC is about to start but after this long last year+ of TTC an ounce of me doesn’t want to accept it... I started light pink spotting yesterday (at the timing of what would be my second missed period) but today the spotting is a darker brown. Yesterday my provider said some spotting is normal but just this morning it looks more to me like the start of my period, heavier and brown 😩

Had a miscarriage.. it’s my 1st baby and we didn’t find out until 12 weeks (via ultrasound) that the baby passed away at 9 weeks and had to get a dnc. My body is still recovering.. Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

Are any of you not ttc but track your cycles using the symptothermal method? I’m 24 and have been doing this for 2 years as birth control but looking forward to the time I can reverse and use the insights to help me conceive. My husband and I have been TTC for 6 months. I’m 28 and he’s 32. I know they say you should wait 1 year until you see a doctor.

We want to see a doctor soon so they can help us sooner than later.
I’m concerned that doctor may be dismissive towards us and say “come back later”. But I’ve known family members who said they wished they saw doctor earlier as some issues can be spotted and fixed easily.

I’m interested in hearing others experience on when you first went to see a doctor.
