I work for an online school. I have for 15 years. It is different in the sense that all of our curriculum is already built and ready to go. I’m not sure if that would be the case in the school you’re looking at. Do you have questions

I volunteered to teach virtual for this year. I’m excited to give it a try. Setting up a onenote classnotebook for lessons, handouts, and collaborative sessions daily with students.

I have taught online for over a decade. While the curriculum is preset, I have had to create a curriculum for my classes over the years. I teach daily with webcam as well as provide outside activities for students. I teach upperclassmen so engagement is vital.

I teach virtually.... grading and communication between students and parents is crucial... I also have live sessions with Zoom at least one a week with every class

I interviewed for an L6 Sr program manager role and was offered an L5 program manager position at amazon. I have 5 YEO and a masters. I saw the L5 role only asks for 2 YEO. TC for the L5 is slightly more than I make now. Would accepting this be a good long term move? Would I be taking a step backwards?

A little embarrassing but F it! After 2 babies back to back please recommend some spandex-y or super control top panties to help with the fupa.
