Depends on wether you are going onsite or having work visa and looking for job or thinking of applying pr and then going there
Like onsite pay is defined by employer
If you have work visa /applying for pr and looking for job obviously they will lowballed you and pay 60-80k only
See i was thinking of same 2 years back
But pr path is difficult..situation change everyday..for example what if you get married…your partner dont want to move?
Things get very clumsy
Coz pr results take 1 year minimum now a days
You are earning good in india..even if you want to try outside try for uk/Germany/eu
Getting work visa is lot easier
